The Role (What to Expect):



As a Software QA Engineer on the Factory Software team, you will be testing a suite of new web applications and improving upon existing ones with the goal of solving the most complex logistics & factory software problems.



You will work with our Software Engineers to deeply understand our applications and challenges, and drive improvements in the software to create less costly and more efficient solutions. Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Senior UI Engineer who is resourceful, dedicated, and passionate about establishing robust, high-performance foundations for ambitious user-facing applications. In this role, you will not simply use AI tools: you will design and build the underlying AI workflows, subagents, and reusable skills that allow our engineering team to scale with speed, reliability, and precision.

You bring extensive, hands-on experience with modern front-end technologies (particularly EmberJS), and building automated AI engineering systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO (The Day to Day)

Design & Build AI Engineering Systems: Create, version, and maintain reusable AI skills, subagents, and automated review guardrails that enforce architecture standards, accessibility compliance, and code quality before human review.

Design-to-Code Automation: Build and maintain automated UI skills that read directly from Figma Dev Mode tokens/components and generate standardized, production-ready EmberJS components matching house architecture and conventions.

Own Scaffolding & Architecture: Design, create, and own the standard EmberJS application for all new projects, including project scaffolding and essential configurations aligned with "The Ember Way."

Enforce Definition of Done: Ensure all features ship with complete unit and UI test coverage that run automatically in the CI/CD pipeline on every commit, blocking merges on test failures.

Establish Developer Tooling: Configure and maintain essential developer environment tooling (e.g., Cursor environment setups, ESLint, Prettier, Embroider/Webpack) and state management best practices (Ember Data).

Cross-Stack System Alignment: Collaborate with lead engineers and architects to align the UI boilerplate with our broader full-stack infrastructure, APIs, and micro-frontend strategy.

Issue Resolution & Quality: Lead complex production incident resolution, diagnose subtle system failures, and implement long-term automated preventative solutions.

Demonstrated AI Engineering Experience: Proven experience designing, building, and shipping AI skills, agents, or automated development lifecycle workflows (e.g., custom review agents, test generation tools, or automated pipeline guardrails). The primary responsibility of this role is to drive operational efficiency, automation, and reliability of a framework designed to support the web development software lifecycle--from infrastructure provisioning to frontend and backend development, testing, deployment, security compliance, and observability. This role focuses on automation, managing infrastructure, monitoring systems, and incident response for the ADAS group.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Japan-based DevOps team and Japan- and US-based ADAS engineering teams to ensure streamlined development and reliable deployment of ADAS team web applications.

The candidate should be comfortable working with a distributed team spanning Japan and North America



Responsibilities

Incident Response: Provide extended US coverage for SEV-1/SEV-2 incidents during US working hours.
Automation: Identify manual processes and implement automation
solutions to streamline workflows, reduce deployment times, and
eliminate repetitive tasks that could overwhelm the DevOps team during peak periods.
Infrastructure Management: Deploy and maintain cloud-based

Required (MUST)

3 years of professional DevOps / SRE experience.
CI/CD Pipelines: Proficiency in setting up, maintaining, and
troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Containerization: Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes,
including deployment, scaling, and management.
Cloud Providers: Hands-on experience with AWS (strongly preferred). Strong understanding of IaaS and PaaS offerings, IAM, and networking within cloud environments.

· Lead or play a leading role in the packaging, engineering design, release and launch of exterior trims of a state-of-the-art car

About the Role



Pan-Pacific Mechanical is seeking experienced Estimators to join its Preconstruction team. There are currently two openings, with one focused primarily on HVAC and one focused primarily on plumbing and process piping.



This position requires experience working within the mechanical contracting industry. The strongest candidates will have direct experience estimating plumbing, HVAC and particularly process-piping systems for complex commercial, industrial and technical facilities.



Projects may include hospitals, biomedical facilities, laboratories, cleanrooms, pharmaceutical environments, high-purity systems, RO/DI systems, fuel-oil systems and other complex process applications.



Responsibilities



• Manage all stages of the estimating and bidding process.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Data Center Site Reliability Engineer to automate operations and maximize the uptime, efficiency, and scalability of data center, facility power/cooling infrastructure, and software automation. In this role, you will manage, monitor, and optimizing both server reliability and the critical power and cooling infrastructure that sustains our distributed production systems.



Key Responsibilities:



· Enhance data center observability, logging, and alerting solutions using Grafana, Splunk, and Prometheus, building dashboards that correlate server health, network telemetry, facility power and cooling performance.

· Develop and maintain runbooks, hardware operational playbooks, and process documentation for common facility, power feed, and server failure scenarios, standardizing infrastructure SOPs across the SRE organization.



· Collaborate closely with development, hardware engineering, and facility operations teams to integrate observability best practices into the infrastructure lifecycle and embed monitoring into new compute, storage, power and cooling system rollouts.



Qualifications:



· Experience: 8 years of experience in site reliability engineering, production operations, or data center infrastructure management operations.

The Sr. Controls Engineer will play a lead role in advancing our client's goal of being a highly automated manufacturing company. ROLE

• Be a subject matter expert in industrial control systems for the manufacturing engineering team. Participate in developing process and equipment concepts for RFQs to suppliers.

The Bay Area salary for this role is $118k-$185k base pre-IPO stock options benefits. This position is on-site in Menlo Park, CA. The salary will be adjusted based on the experience of the employee.
