Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of materials through the production cycle to determine required materials purchases. Obtains materials using engineering and production schedules to maintain inventory at planned levels (i.e., Just in Time purchases, use of EOQ - Economic Order Quantities). Resolves discrepancies. Creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other enterprise-wide systems. Ensures material standards are met and non-conformances or variances are approved and/or minimized. Develops specifications for new contract orders. Gathers quotations, examines bids and makes awards. Monitors cost, schedule and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value. Evaluates vendor reliability and develops new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are no longer competitive.



This Supply Chain Business Manager (SBM) position is an individual contributor that plays a vital role in managing suppliers in the RF commodity with core responsibility to ensure finished goods are delivered per plan. The SBM will work with suppliers to manage and improve their processes, drive operational excellence in supply chain operations, and participate in continuous improvement programs.



Key Responsibilities:

Material Planning & Procurement

Plan, schedule, and monitor material flow through the production cycle to determine procurement needs.
Establish supplier goals to align material delivery with forecasted demand.
Supplier Performance & Risk Management

Define and track supplier performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Evaluate quality, delivery, and cost benchmarks, and assess risks tied to preferred supply base selection.
Process Improvement & Best Practices

Lead initiatives to deploy best-known methods in procurement, inventory control (JIT, Kanban, min/max), and manufacturing strategies.
Develop presentations, white papers, and process flow charts to support continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supplier Quality Engineering to resolve supply challenges.
Collaborate with Engineering and suppliers to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely delivery of critical materials.
Cost Management & PPV Control

Monitor product cost with suppliers to prevent negative PPV and support cost reduction efforts.
Supplier Development & Manufacturing Excellence

Drive improvements in supplier manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and on-time delivery.
Operational Metrics Ownership

Manage key performance indicators including:
Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD)
Consignment program effectiveness
Lead-time reduction
Inventory optimization and E&O mitigation


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, or business; MBA or post graduate degree in Supply Chain Management preferred.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or production environment, preferably in Semiconductor/manufacturing environment
Creative thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities
Has extensive experience interfacing with customers and suppliers and managing these relationships, knowledge of supply chain management business processes.
Experience with Program Management, exhibit attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks in fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal relationship skills, Solid analytical and written/oral communication skills with ability to communicate cross-functionally and with various levels of the organization.

Medical Device Project Manager

Contract: 1 year contract with possibility of extension

Requirements

- Deep understanding of medical devices and medical product development

- Deep understanding of engineering and med device processes, including how the FDA regulates product development with all the necessary steps and the order of steps necessary to get a device or product approved for manufacturing and then to the market.

- Understand FDA regulations (e.g. QMSR / ISO 13485, and other deeper standards.)

- Understand engineering Risk Analysis and Verification Testing set-ups. Will not do actual engineering or design work, but must underhand how the whole lifecycle of product development works from concept-to-market, with regulations and approvals involved in the process.

- A basic understanding of regulatory process and quality set-ups is a plus.

- Basic supply chain knowledge.

- Will select CM's (Contract Manufacturers) - local or overseas for prototype device build-outs, production-to-manufacturing. Some CM's are already identified (overseas with local US partner sites).

- Lead medical product development team in numerous semi-technical subprojects or work in conjunction with another engineering project manager. In the latter case this person would be responsible for guiding medical device work on non-product development efforts such as QMS, Supply chain, and documentation while the project manager would lead the project using MS Project and weekly status meetings.

- Help get product into production.

- Balance total team contributions where electrical and firmware are a small part of total effort, and mechanical engineering plus operations is a large part.

- Interface with client multiple times per week to plan efforts and measure level of client participation vs outsourcing to the local team.

- Work with Account Manager and Engineering Teams to assess opportunities at client for planned stages of work and to help estimate budgets and timelines



- Engineering project manager would have responsibility to: Collect design and manufacturing data from client to be used in product development
Plan post-GAP Analysis design of pathways to finalize product design. (Company in process of a GAP Analysis.)
Generate detailed development plans in collaboration with all participants, showing dependencies and schedule impacts ending in commercial production
Coordinate product development plans with technical leadership to finalize successful product features
Plan development of documentation packages for manufacturing and for FDA submissions
Coordinate regulatory consultations to achieve efficient design output acceptance
Supervise partners to maintain forward progress on design and to avoid any client or partnership communication issues
Lead supply chain searches for specific contract manufacturing capabilities critical to successful delivery of final product
Work with client and contract manufacturing personnel to achieve production agreements
Generate various documents used in the execution of the product development program or supervise their generation for client ease of understanding
Report to Account Manager and Leadership Team on a regular basis to gauge client satisfaction level and product development team success on technical and communication results, and to ensure adequate deliveries

As the Lead for Analytics & BI, you will be a key expert responsible for designing, building, and delivering insightful data solutions. ROLE

- ROS (Robot Operating System) SME (Subject Matter Expert).
- BSCS, Physics, Engineering, or related Degree preferable and capable of delivering training in areas of robotics, geo-spatial, AV, basic electronics, etc...)

- Relevant AV experience preferred, or close to.

- Provide initial basic training in ROS to the software engineering team (developers and test automation engineers with 3-8 years of post-university professional software building experience).
- Training in geo-spatial topics as related to robotics and AV's.
- Math-related concepts need to addressed.
- SW Engineers assigned to the team will typically know math and physics topics, but it has been probably a few years since they studied it and may need a refresher.
- The Trainer should understand basics of math and physics and how that relates to robotics, so that knowledge can be transferred to the engineering team.
- The Trainer will have some advance time to brush up on specific subject matter material.
- Must be able to effectively deliver training and material remotely. ***
- The software engineers will train and get their bearings on the project so they would then be able to adjust their mindset to work on specific technologies.
- All of the software engineers are Computer Science university CS graduates, from Latin America-based universities. They already have the necessary math, algorithms, data structure, and other CS background. They might need a bit of refresher, but they are not starting from a blank slate.
- The engineers are knowledgeable in Python and/or C so there’s no need to go into language-specific training.
- The engineers have zero to insignificant robotics experience, and virtually no understanding of basic electronics topics. ( * This is where the ROS Trainer comes in.)
- (There might be additional topics. If the hired ROS Trainer is not adept at those topics, then another contractor may be needed to support additional training.)

JOB SUMMARY
As the Maintenance & Systems Administrator Supervisor, your role involves overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the maintenance technicians and external contractors during the 1st shift. Your main responsibilities include effectively utilizing the organization's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Building Management System (BMS) to optimize facility performance through proactive and predictive maintenance. You will also ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Supervise maintenance staff and external service contractors.

The role

Take ownership of the project plans and processes for expanding payroll internationally, and manage them effectively.
Work in close collaboration with the Payroll Leader, team members, and a selected vendor to ensure successful implementation.
